Baad Mein Karunga

 Baad Mein Karunga

you should make beyond using influences and this is how you should maintain your social media pages yeah and we can

do all of that for you this is like a one chapter six how you learnt all this so also a lot of y'all might be looking at this video and saying okay how do I figure all these things it was one step at a time it began just with

influencer marketing in in fact the big and just managing me then it went to influencer marketing then we started helping brands with other you know influence or campaigns digital campaigns then we figured o

kay with branded social media social media unit in the organization so it was just one step at a time don't ever let these business stories or not overwhelm you like yo

u know I used to get over and when I saw all these business stories Kyary are it now exactly and a lot of the stuff you read

on the internet and newspapers and all of that is when you read them make sure you read through the lines because a lot

of the times these figures are bloated that X company got a hundred billion valuation or 1 billion dollar valuation all of th

at is alright you need to see that what is the company's core problem-solving agenda like what is the pr

oblem they're solving olá at the end of the day takes you from point A to point B so they are making sure that t

hey solve your problem of traveling Airbnb is making travel fun like they are giving you an experience for example wh

at is it that we do we make sure that agencies or brands lives are made easier by being the one-stop solution in terms of digital solutions that's what the model is

now how do you scale up from that is you build a team

Tere Badhte Pagal Hona

Tere Badhte Pagal Hona

around it you network you work with more brands they will recommend you you do other brands your work speaks at

the end of the day that's really all chapter 7 the future ok now where as where do you see monk and attainment going

not five years from now but I'm gonna say 25 years from now where do you see it I think what we want to do eventu

ally is like all companies we want to build a legacy right it should work without me him anyone else being in the com

pany or not the company should stay at the end of the day and that will only happen if the if the purpose

in the agenda of the company's in the right direction right if you're all in it just for money it will be a shallow purp

e if you are in it to figure out that you're solving a problem you are adding something to an opposite party that's when the compan

y will sustain and that's when the company will have a so

rt of a correct approach to to what they're doing so overall I feel I mean as next steps it would be to work with more clients to work with more talents and to

n general expand the team so that we can open much more verticals in general yeah that's the see jogging I don't know what I am the CSO chief strategy officer chief me

ntoring officer the way I look at it on a very personal level is that I feel that okay now today there's 25 young kids working in this organization a lot of them a

re supporting their own families on a personal level that's where I get my motivation from that wait you know our h

ard work is creating income for so many families and going forward we always have this dream of going up to 2,000 high of

Mere Beech Mein Sab

Mere Beech Mein Sab

20,000 hires at some point and each of our core people in office story will become leaders going forward so creating more leaders creating way more employm

ent and overall adding a lot of money to the Indian business space that's how I'm personally looking yeah definitely I mean I'm extremely patriotic to this fa

ct that I want to add much more revenue to the whole Indian ecosystem even though I had you know I was all set to apply

for my masters and all of that but I sort of had this reckoning recently where I know that you know creating emplo

yment or creating opportunities or being here in the country itself you doing a great sort of service to the nation I know not all of

us can go to the front facing borderline and face some bullets and all of that but we can all do our bits in our

way to help our country chapter 8 challenges so we know your twenty five year goal but as of now what's your most difficult ch

allenge on a personal level in terms of business so I think the biggest personal challenge I have in the business is that just ensuring consistency right after you do

ing a similar job for say six month period to a you write it at the end of the day still becomes monotonous no matter how much you love it so you need to understand how is

it that you can do things differently what is it that you can tweak around to make sure that this is something new there's something fresh that you're bringing on

to the table I think that always remains to be the biggest challenge how do you keep yourself

Mehboob Pyar Aaja Nachle Meri

Mehboob Pyar Aaja Nachle Meri

entertained while getting the work done what's scaring you about working right now like about this startup what's the one thing that you feel so I'm not fearing anyt

hing at the moment specifically but I feel at the of the day that kick when you start off when you are at zero right that

should always sustain in your mind because if you start getting complacent when things are going in your favor right eventually that'

s the end of it I just need to be blessed with a feeling I had when I just started out you know I want to be on my

toes taking all the time I don't want any complacency in my behavior or in my approach that is what will keep me going

in a longer run and I'm knowing him I'm pretty sure that he will be able to maintain that like if if 2 years and like a m

assive office like this and the fancy space and these fancy people around us couldn't spoil it I'm pretty sure he's not gonna g

et spoiled going forward as well chapter 9 love story let's go back to engineering College where we first met what was y

our first impression of working with me and what value do you think I have added to your life as a co-founder I'm not asking for

myself I'm asking you to explain the value of a co-founder to God the general public again picking a co-founder is s

uper important they should either in world 3 things one is either the good with tech two they have a great network or three they're putting in some cash on table righ

t so technically speaking the second two things that the last two things that we mentioned was

Paas Ke Main Aap Logo Ko

Paas Ke Main Aap Logo Ko

boxes it was stick boxing for you you brought in the initial capital and not a network that we could leverage on right that's how it started values wise I think one thing I

learned big time from run wiid is that even though he comes off from from a fairly well-off family he made sure he wanted to make his own name in the space he's been t

here at jew beach at carter road all of that just distributing pamphlets to people to subscribe to his channel i don't know how many people know this but he's bee

n traveling in trains day-in day-out i I know this is a very common thing to do in Bombay but this is at a ph

ase where he was facing near depression right but he still kept going that's what I like about him

he doesn't complain too much he's all about like going for it what is the next problem we're solving how are we s

olving it it's not about what is the problem and why is the problem is about what can we do about it I think that's th

e biggest thing I learned from it and also like I feel the co-founders always kind of have an effect on the whole organization organization so becomes that so if t

hat's what he's done for me I've learned like we all discipline from him like this he's disciplined about like all aspects

of his life and yes maybe I work hard and you know I execute but there was a lot of discipline those lacking from my life which I get from every which the whol

e organization also get some very odd shade like when we see this guy working in the office

Bike Par Baithi

Bike Par Baithi

always answering call always being in that you know high-speed work mode it kind of sets a tone on the rest of the organization as well including even my editing team

they're very inspired by mr. shade so yeah man like I think we've just happened to find out great like

partnership like a very what's about symbiotic like synergizing yeah whatever we have great Scylla jump at compatible so you know with with selecting a co-foun

der it is kind of like a marriage and one other crucial thing about marrying someone in business is that your goals in the long term need to be aligned like

if one guy just wants to earn like a little money and the other wants to build Reliance Industries that's not gonna work out both you need to want to make

it I think you should be again should be the same yeah it doesn't matter what is the path that's being taken because there will be multipl

e yeah yeah that's the thing like with disagreements disagrees are going to be there any relationship you have and work you in at work you need to understand if you'

re having disagreements it's because both of you think that this is the best way forward for both of us together as an we both have the best interests in

our mind exact but we just think in different parts and then we try understanding each other and then come to a conclusion and sometimes it may not be one of

the two roads although it will be a third road which is like a big box and I mean you need to have that sort of a relationship with your founder because

if it's a very yes-man relationship it's not a young value to either one of you you just need to make sure that b

oth of you are thinking individually yeah so that the best output comes on to the table and then we go

Nahi Karna Chahiye Kaise

Nahi Karna Chahiye Kaise

forward yeah so anyway guys that was a little bit of an inlet into Monken payment what I'm really requesting you all is th

at you're kind of support us on our next venture which is the monk and attainment social media

handle so we're basically trying to create an education platform for you guys where we teach all business from

our perspectives so the members of Monk and attainment themselves will be creating videos they'll be talking about a lot of the questions that you guys have in y

our heads so firstly go and follow that page of LinkedIn down below it's an Instagram page secondly obviously go and follow mr.

shades handles have learned all of them down below and without one last message for anyone who's watching the video at this point because obviously

they're watching it till this point they're intrigued by this concept of success right so I think closing points just make sure that you get things started and you keep at

it that's the most important be consistent I have in the last two years not even look back and see our key catch Eldridge's keep building just have an overar

ching longer vision of what you're doing but just keep one day at a time one day at a time and I'm just getting started for anyone who is even slightly looking up to me t

rust me I am just getting started I'm learning everyday and all the work that we're doing together right it's not e

ven 1% of where we want to go so I think at the end of the day it's all about execution it'

s about doing the groundwork get to the ground and keep executing keep doing stuff because I know a lot of people who just like to think and not do after

a point analysis becomes paralysis yeah of sorts red represent also again don't be negative about things we've seen really dark days and something you've not even

Kuch Nahin Hai Barbad

Kuch Nahin Hai Barbad

what's troubling you and now tell me the solution you come up with and now tell me why your solution is better than anybody else's right and if I see that

ssion a lot of times I don't even see the entire working of the product like gives you back a team that product without a motivated team is not and you also super into pers

onal finance uh yes I am i mary got in managing it and luckily i could afford to be guided managing it cuz my brother's a banker and my father is a de facto CFO of my company and b

ecause I started working when I was 17 or 16 and I was tax payer since then and I was a minor so luckily my brother in my dad too

k care about my investment so now I'm getting more and more involved in it and I don't like investing in property I don't feel property is owned the I own the house that I

live in besides that I don't really invest in property because I feel like that's a saturated market in India I feel your generation is very different from my generation which is totally different for my dad's generation and y

ou're just like 10 years older than me 15 years so my generation was still or some middle-class values of buy a house be settled your you guys don't care about buying a house or buy

ing a car you're more about experiences right everything is a disposable economy for you yeah so property as an investment will alwa

ys be solid but will it give you exponential gain in the next five years no it would won't give you the gain

Bad Main Mobile Liya

Bad Main Mobile Liya

every could give me am that's happening it's your job knowledge is your business because how will you communicate unless you have the knowledge in you at the context okay so Gaurav do I have to ask yo

u this one thing that a lot of people don't know about you is that you're actually a super active investor so I got to know this when I recorded the BWC episode with you yeah and the

ush of every 90s kid Shivani dollmaker mentioned think about how you you're awesome at multiplying money listen sir hang on investi

ng in startups and multiplying money are not correlated alright because a lot of times you're dividing money and subtracting money when you invest in startups because the thi

ng is that you could just go to zero tomorrow but you could multiply it so I'm not I'm not good at multiplying money I

wouldn't say that what I mean you have your base is backing the right people right so you you've got a one of the biggest words for me is

ptimized right I love that word so optimize your scale optimize your resources optimize your time which means be efficient and juice the

most out of it so even with the when I meet startups and I meet young guys so meet a young guy I'm like okay what's the question what universe imagine like you're doing something which is an answer to a question so what's th

e question what was the burning question that forced you for Mark Zuckerberg it was like the question was how do I get girls to talk to me he started Facebook right so what's your burning question what's your pain point

Hua Hai Pura Board

Hua Hai Pura Board

thinking is the median asleep a you well if you're successful yes when you start no so it's just like any other career god yes it also

depend a lot on your own hustle of course it does as does everything today I think people skills are more important than anything else not just in the media

but in any job that you do because more and more even corporates are moving towards a how do you make enough stor

y because every business goes to consumer right so how are you telling your story so whether you want to be to be business or a b2c business you got

to tell your story you need people skills so you need domain expertise of course and this and you need you need hustle you know

when people say that no communication skills are like the numbe

r one thing required in life and you you sometimes you think to yourself why why is that like I feel you are a gre

at example of that please do you feel that that's your biggest strength that's taken you for yes I think that also do a fair bit of analytical thinking so in every aspect you know you got it right you got it you

gotta know you gotta know your industry I have friends who tell me how did you know so if somebody's doing a show they go dude I'm going for an event today I g

o this event which is happening like how do you know it's my business to know how do you not know right you need to it's my business to know every event

that's happening and we show that's happening every film that's happening I have

Karke Uske Hai Kya Hai Jab

Karke Uske Hai Kya Hai Jab

it's just my inherent sheer awesomeness I feel that has just helped me along the way but now I'm just I all ously don't know wha

t it is there's a couple of things mixed together one is I have a childlike fascination with new things so whenever

new opportunities presented much first thing is always to go and jump and say yes then there's one thing which

I really value about everything else which is absolute and total sincerity to process so I've always detach myself from

result they never have done something my only bond has been to compete with myself and be the best that I can be in that field right and you only do that wit

sincerity so the result will take care of itself right and you have to detach yourself from the result especially if you're working in a creative field yeah right Nikki Car

ter um I think have you heard of this thing Nikki car very other thing means they do some good and throw it in the ocean don't worry don't explo

de expect anything from it so find your joy in your journey rather than just the destination always had this just and if you enjoy the

process a you're not worried about whether motivation will come from yeah you won't you won't worry about whe

ther I will do well oh it won't because you've actually got what you wanted to out of that right you've really enjoyed it and an

d be you don't feel like you work a single day in your life Yeah right do you feel like that I really feel like that I I

don't think I've done an honest day's labor in my life so god I have to ask you this this is something a lot of parents and kids all over the place are

Ko Aisi Ladkiyon Ko Main

Ko Aisi Ladkiyon Ko Main

was fascinated by investment in finance and just the world in markets and demand and supply and all those economic

terms which we found so boring when we were studying them but I found them really interesting I really want to

do that but I also had this performance side of me which was always with friends groups and stuff and I was always in school I was always onstage so his dramatics

and sing in debating and whatever gave me a chance to serve be on stage and radio are just coming to Delhi at the time

so FM radio with thoughts still clarity and the beautiful music in and my idol Russian Abbas was on radio at the time and I was like oh I wonder how I also want to be

on radio I'll be like him I want to do this and radio started part-time when I was like 16 years old and from there my career's just sort of been one happy stumbli

ng into another into another so I always I tell people that I'm a talentless hack who got lucky so the right place at the right time who took opportunities when they came I always jumped before I thought one happy mistake up to the other so you're one o

ther top media personalities in the country Wow did not know that I'm okay with it though but what do you think has gotten you to the top because this is what we blew into the media industry yes not everyone

becomes like the face of the IPL not everyone yeah you know it starts and I own YouTube channel the way you were so what have you done different

Jis Karna Tere Jaisi Ladkiyon

Jis Karna Tere Jaisi Ladkiyon

this is line I have which is a puggle Saraswathi KP Chobani the Laxmi have to be Giovanni right you just if you just did the sincerity in your work you won't be

hungry you will stop yeah so I've always detach myself from result they never have done something my only

want has been to compete with myself and be the best that I can be in that field right and you only do that with sincerity so the result will take care of i

tself right and you have to detach yourself from the result especially if you're working in a creative field they kick anthurium I think

have you heard of the sing Nicky can very AMA think means they do some good and throw it in the ocean don't worry don't explode expect anything from it so find your joy in your

journey rather than just the destination what's good you guys welcome to now what we call the Ranvir show wave one of the inspirations for the runway show god of kaput that's that's more respo

nsibility than hi when I bargained for no it's easy breakfast with champions has been an inspiration for this show but you've been an inspiration for a lot of people in the medi

industry Wow yeah that's purely because I'm old nobody for no other reason yeah you also kind of spread acros

s media like this you know i PL we see you in YouTube and if people know you in real life you're also in there like business

entrepreneurship yeah I'm I call myself a multimedia mercenary yeah so I'm a gun for hire so bro how did how did all this happen I always say like my career has just been sort of one giant mistake I was s

upposed to be a banker I don't know to be a wanker my whole family's full of bankers I studied economics I

Bataya Apni Problem

Bataya Apni Problem

do certain activities in that place and especially if you're someone who meditates the places you meditate in you kind of set a vibe for that place that's why we'

ve tried keeping a very peaceful very positive vibe in the loft we write a lot of a content you know every time someone

stress in the office we come to the law of chill out a little bit it's like a temple come studio so yeah that was the off space if you all enjoyed it make sure give that thum

bs up button remember that if we've made this office spaces because of all the love that you guys have shown us of course we work hard towards it but all this woul

d have been possible without your support so thank you I love you so much each and every one of you all from the b

ottom of my heart one big hug and one big you remember the architect on the set designers handles are linked below if you enjoy it go show them some love follow

them on Instagram because they had a huge role to play in creating this beautiful space anyway until next time guys from ranbir the team and just all the positivi

ty in the world in general thanks and love you about in this interview but we've seen days are we genuinely felt like this company is not going to work out things aren't gonna work out for us we used to doubt

it used to have discussion where are we doing the correct thing but things eventually work out when you put your honest hard work into processes so that's his

message this is my message as well and until next time guys from without shade and red meat see you see you guys

Main Aapko Uske Bataya

Main Aapko Uske Bataya

shoots this is a general wall just to set a very nice chilled vibe to the room we've also use a lot of sound engineering in th

is room as you can hear the a/c it's very soft when the soon the sound quality is much better the walls a

bsorb sound much better eventually when we do start a podcast it's going to be in this room the whole room is designed like

a podcast room but we also use it as a studio and a meditation space these absorb sound we've also

de a special podcast table so that one day when I get all my entrepreneur friends you know we can have like these group podcast where

I just have a long-form conversation with them and obviously you guys will get to see it but to be honest I don't know

when we'll do it because we're so caught up in making videos right now this is the light we use these are the podcast chairs which are also capable of absorbing a lot

of sound and let me just show you all my favorite part I keep saying my favorite part the office but all of its my favorite part okay so as you can see you'll see me doing

a lot of videos here especially if you are subscribed to the Hindi channel you all know that I do a lot of videos on this gray wall initially it was just me on

e girl but then we thought wait why not make different colored walls that's why we've made this shooting setup where we have yellow we have blue and we also have

green for the green screen work you'll see a lot of green

Sakte Use Sim Kaise Sach

Sakte Use Sim  Kaise Sach

Screen work happening in our videos very soon and this is plain mitered gives us a lot of options for backgrounds and

our videos only I saw only showed videos at home and which is OK but it would cause a lot of problems for the peo

ple who also lived in my house like my family so we thought let's kind of design the office in such a way that our Bo Bice's book becomes

streamlined becomes faster this is the solution we came up with so yeah it's super efficient I'll also link t

he handle of the architect as well as the set designer the people who worked on this office space down below make sure you

check it out and finally I want to show you all parts of the office that are super personal to me they mean a

lot to me I'm not going to show close-ups of it because it's a little unethical in the world of yoga but I have my meditation

altar right there means a lot to me we've also made a god I Oh like a basic seating arrangement if you know some people want they can come up and

take nap so it's not entirely ready that so you see the pillowcase less pillows but yeah we sit or we meditate your sizes the kind of face

the wall there and I'll just sit there like meditate like this and because it's soundproof it's one of the most peaceful

feelings in the world so forever stressed if I need some kind of an inspiration for an idea for a video or if I need inspiration for business in general this is where

I come and get it a places vibe is decided by the people who get into that place who work out of that place who

Bataya Ki Har Moment

Bataya Ki Har Moment

super odd she and myself because we started out the businesses so it's kind of a reminder of where all this started when the whole

organization was just run by three people and we were single-handedly doing everything from like distance to video work to strategy to creatives it's kind of a remind

er that you know you don't need to really worry about where life is going you just need a few motivated people to wor

k at it and that's another kind of aspect that we want to set onto the organization's culture so yeah let's move on to the rest o

f the office which is the flow above us okay bye everybody okay let's go let's go let's go so I'll quickly show you all the one I

disturb mr. sheet but this is a pantry we basically have all the food the coffee set up here and this is one of my

most favorite parts not just of the office but of the entire world in general keep in mind I'm taking off my shoes maker

s the part of the office that we're going to is my loft it's my studio but it's also my meditation space actually meditate there s

o it's sort of a temple in a way no one's allowed to take the shoes up there we kind of keep the place clean we keep the place dirt free and we keep the place full of peaceful

vibes so come on let me show you again a lot of glass going all around because we want the office space to feel a little bit spacious come on so as you can see I'm not ha

ve not hidden anything I'm not cleaning up the place because I want you all to see how it is in its natural element we've always got the history the iron that's ready to iron all my clothes before

Jab Main Woh Pyaar

Jab Main Woh Pyaar

center everybody say hi so that's the beautiful editing and content team I do disturb them as you can see yellow wall obviously it represents the beer biceps organization but also

represents positivity we've got glass here and this is where we write all our task lists everyone's work is decided on this wall all the strategy for the thumbnails a

nd titles I decided you these are the con going tasks that are running a lot of strategies always going on in this space again super high ceilings with the bamboo I feel like

every single element of the office adds a kind of vibe to the office and if it's a bamboo adds a little bit of humility to the whole office that's another aspect of a compan

y culture everyone works with a lot of humility everyone works without egos and that's why both the organization's keep growing so this is the creative space I'm going to leave it as it is the most peaceful part of the

office we've kind of cordoned it off from the rest of the office using these blinds so yeah this is like a closed space beco

mes a very chilled out environment after everyone leaves it cannot allow the editors to stay within their one edit and create the best quality videos for you guy

s and this is the final creative zone of the office a graphic designer set your they've actually left the office today but this is t

he okay in one move it's kind of like an extension of that and an extension of that that's why it's in the corner also super special come on here well the only

things that mean something to me so that's the gold play button I don't need to say much about it right next to it are three bikes which stand for mr. Rogers birthday she was

Kare Nahin Hua To Usme

Kare Nahin Hua To Usme

entertainment so that's their kind of don't disturb them because they're very busy guys you would have seen vulajin

a lot of flying beast blogs in be unique stories or we seen the Bo Bice's stories coming I'll show the rest of the offic

e the CEO of Monk entertainment is sitting right there her name's Joe LaCava she is one of the brightest female entrepreneurs in the current startup scene in India

so come and I'll make you say hi - what's up jela as you can see a lot of yellow elements Jellicle are a huge hand in

designing the overall office space this is basically a positivity and meetings room so if we have a very formal person coming in for a meeting we make them sit in

that common room with Virage if you have kind of a chilled out meeting with song from the media industry you make

them sit on beanbags in this room because that's the vibe of the media industry also one crucial thing about this room is all the glass paneling that you see around us so all these spaces are used to write out

plants again if you've been or Bo Bice's follow for a while you'd know that we're very big on making lists and executing tasks based on those lists so that's basically what we do here we kind of just write down t

he idea all over this room and the rooms overall got a positive very strategic vibe okay I'm going to show you all the next room so the next room is my room this is my purse affair part of the office is the editing

Bhool Ja Kal Koi

Bhool Ja Kal Koi

sically depending on the kind of color that's used in a particular room or you know on a particular prop that adds a whole mood to the room and the moody wante

d to set in the office was active positive a little bit disciplined a little bit Zen but overall happy doing the hard work that's

the vibe that yellow sets for rooms of the entire office has a lot of yellow elements okay but let me actually go through the functionality of the office so this is the m

ascot is like the seating area we have plants here these are going to keep growing these are real plants and I feel like plants and nature in general adds a lot of positivi

tyty to an environment we would come in actually all like the business side of things so as you know there's two companies that run out of this one office two organi

zations what's up everybody so say hi to the monk entertainment team Hmong containment started with Viraj and myself just helping other youtubers

with their business side of things eventually turned into helping a lot of brands with their work on social media their work on the internet and now we have

anan entire team of the most talented superheroes in the world of digital marketing and social media so the g

irls were the super talented social media team the boys are the sales team and we've actually got mr. business head the co-founder of Arad shade sitting inside with m

r. Anoush are you Steve Ari is also a big superstar in the organization he's about to launch his own music wing act monk

Teri Family Ko Gali

Teri Family Ko Gali

what's good everybody you're welcome to a space the Bo Bice have sent monk entertainment office that's right BB and monkey I want to show you all the space for a very long time but it's finally

almost done it's like 95% there so I thought it's a great time to give you all an office dude most of y'all have been subscribers for a long time so you know that initially I

office was just my room then we went to the ground floor of my building and now we've actually got a commercial offi

e space because there's two companies running out of this place to profitable companies and that's what we've been able to get this space I just thought

I'll show y'all around the office I'll show you all around what we do how we actually run these businesses starting with this spot the spot is my favorite spot in the offic

e primarily because of two reasons one the super high ceiling we don't get this in Mumbai and two the second big reason is this this is the mascot of the manga diamond

company the word Munk entertainment is a representative of the co-founders is meditation mentality both vera and myself a big meditators and it also represents the mascot that's a monkey abundant so

the mascot is a meditating monkey and as you can see it's a super peaceful monkey because we want every element in the office to kind of add the company culture a little bit so super peaceful super Zen but at the

same time active if you just look around the office there's a lot of yellow elements for example this massive couch as you can see massive big yellow elem

ent the monkey it's yellow themed because you need to understand color psychology so
